I want to know WHY this place has such low reviews. The service and quality for the price is phenominal. They spend so much time on you, genuinely care about what they’re doing, are very good at what they do, and are SO!!! NICE!!! I had Scarlett and my mother had Helen. Such sweet women. The facility and tools are very clean as well. This was honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had.

Beautiful and newly refurbished! Lots of variety in spa treatments and special extras. Coffee, fruit water and wine for pedicure patrons (+21)!! Highly recommend for ultimate pampering!

Ive never had a bad experience here.
When i go to sign in, im always told how long the wait is and get updates with how much longer it's going to be if it's busy.
People expecting to be seen right away in a busy plaza on a busy day are just impatient.

Made an appointment for pedicure waited 40 min!
Made another apppointment now waiting 30 min!
Why bother to make an appointment And rush to be on time for them when they make appointments with other clients right before you arrive!!!! Furious never going back no matter how nice it is inside! My time is worth more!

I’ve been here for gel manicure, normal pedicure, and took my sister to get her eyebrows waxed. All three were great experiences. My nails came out great, the pedicure was relaxing and received free glass of wine. My sister paid $10 for eyebrow waxing and they look great! they are great at cleaning up the eyebrows. The staff is friendly and they have a cool check in system. They have a huge selection of nail colors. Large waiting area, too.
UPDATE: I suggest making an appointment, my sister, my mother, and I decided to go on Sunday afternoon to treat ourselves and the nail tech was very distracted and was rushing to get our nails done. By the time they finished my nails they had only just seated my mother for her pedicure. That also seemed rushed. With a pedicure you do get a free glass of wine which is very kind. They just need more staff, honestly.
