This place is absolutely wonderful! I am from Florida and was in town this past weekend with my daughter for a cheer competition when I became extremely ill with what I figured was an inner ear issue. I woke up Sunday morning with extreme dizziness that lead to nausea and vomiting and I was ultimately bed-ridden most of the day. When I was finally able to sit up right, I started looking for an urgent care center that was still open and found this one on Google. So, I called them about 3:30 pm and told them my problems and let them know I did not have my car because I had carpooled with friends and they were at the competition and I wasn't sure I would be able to be there by 5 PM when the nurse practitioner would be leaving. The receptionist I spoke with was so compassionate and went to speak with Lisa, the amazing Nurse practitioner, who said she would be happy to wait for me, even staying past 5 pm because she understood the severity of my situation. When I got to the facility, I found it very clean and the staff so cheerful and welcoming. They worked as quickly as possible to get me seen and Lisa diagnosed my inner ear issues and gave me immediate relief and care. She was so wonderful and fun, while being a fantastic and skilled Nurse Practitioner! I couldn't have been more grateful for all of the ladies that helped me and gave me such great care when a few hours earlier I felt so hopeless being so far from home and my family. I cannot recommend QC Wellness enough!! Even the pharmacy had my prescription waiting for me when I came out of the clinic. I have to give a huge shout out and "Thank You" to Lisa, Noell, Amery, Paige, and Naomi! You ladies are so special and I feel so blessed by the kindness you showed me and the care I received. I was able to travel home the next morning and I'm continuing to feel so much better! I love this place!!

My first visit was yesterday, Monday. I was very sick with fever, soar throat, headache. Let me first say, once I got to the back, my experience was WONDERFUL! The nurses were extremely caring and took the time to sit and talk me through my issue and recommended treatment. I did have a long wait and total spent more than 2 hrs. The front desk staff is a problem. Unprofessional and does not reflect the care and concern I received in the back. A young blonde woman checking patients in is a very fast talker and was slightly short with me. As I'm filling out paperwork an older gentleman walks in. The young woman is chewing gum and cutting him off as he's explaining why he's there. She literally says to him "I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it" when he tells her she's being short with him. I looked up so quick and wished I could have made eye contact with her. I have 2 adult daughters and this young lady was so disrespectful. The gentleman decided to leave and go to the emergency room. I didn't know if I still wanted to be there at that point. As the front line staff reflecting a professional establishment, you need to do better. Have the same caring, patient nature nature as the nursing staff because you are turning people away.

Do not go here if you want to know what’s wrong with you. They did blood work on me and were supposed to call me back with test results. I never heard from anyone and had to call several times and leave my name and number before I ever got a call back. The nurse practitioner was very nice but I don’t feel like they were very knowledable. The medical assistants need training on drawing blood. Very unsatisfied visit!

Great location. I was turned off by the lack of a doctor's presence. Seems like there is always just a nurse on duty. The pharmacist consultant who looks like a biker explained blood work results instead of a doctor. He seems very high strung and restless. He goes on and on and on like he was a drill sergeant..not too professional appearance either. I gave this place 3 stars for the big facility, in house pharmacy and lab. Not sure if I use again..there is also a lack of electronic access to your medical records.

Had a fabulous experience and will use again. Christine, the nurse was friendly and thorough. The NP Jeannie was amazing. Very thorough with testing to see what the problem was. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment at an urgent care facility for what I thought was a sinus infection, and ended being a bout of walking pneumonia. They confirmed it with a chest X-ray and treated it with a breathing treatment and various meds. Will refer and use again.
