I was only there for an hour and a half which is about the same as any other nail salon. I only waited about 10 minutes. I got ombré nails(pink and white) with slight coffin shape which was only $45, which is also not bad. I know most people charge more for ombré and the shape. My nails look great!

Terrible service and nails even for the price. She rushed me along and finished my acrylics in about 30 min. I have never had acrylics done that fast. Didn’t talk to me the entire time she did them. She was going to leave me with a messed up nail but finally fixed it (somewhat) after bugging her 3 times. I will never go back here. I still left with terrible looking nails, and my polish chipped just a couple days after.

I have never had a bad experience there and I have Ivy do mine every time and she is the best. I have been to different salons and can't really complain about them either but Nail Citi is by far the best. They are very friendly and the prices are decent but the nails are worth it. All my sets last a long time and honestly they last longer than what I keep them on, after getting them filled so many times I get a new set and they are exactly done how I like them. I am always satisfied when I leave there.
