Every experience is worth going to this nail shop, for each tech takes thier time no matter how busy they get. Hang is a great manager to her customers and employees. This new management is way better than the previous. I recommend you give UPSCALE NAILS an opportunity to serve your consumer needs!!

My first time at this facility and I’m very dissatisfied with the services provided. I got a gel manicure & pedicure. Lets start with the manicure. The length and shape of each nail is inconsistent & the nail looks bulky as he did not file the acrylic enough. The pedicure is the worst part because she cut my toenails too short and the gel is on my actual skin. I pride myself on having a nice pedicure so I’m annoyed that I have to wait for my toenails to grow out to get a new set. I will go to Nail Time across the street next time though they are a bit pricier you get what you pay for.

My toenails look awful and are unevenly trimmed and almost look like she tried to dig around the edges into the cuticle. When I got my eyebrows waxed, she came back from having a cigarette, sat me in a chair in the front of the studio and they are uneven and look awful as well. I will never go back here and don’t recommend you do either.

This is one of the worst jobs I've had done on my nails. I only came because my nail salon (Glitz and Glam) is closed on Sunday and I really needed them done for tonight. I'm omw now to CVS to get polish, and a file to fix my nails. They are uneven, and shorter than I asked for because she kept filing to fix her mistakes. I asked for the standard two coats there are three coats. And the color is still uneven. I get my nails done every two weeks, and have been for three years. By far the worst job. Also she had me talk to a costumer on the phone. Unprofessional.. I'm never one to say something is wrong with people, but I'm contemplating if she was even sober. Whether it was alcohol or something else. I came in with a design in mind, simple really. I even decided to do a simple cross, scratch and glitter or stones I originally wanted. Even a simple cross could not be done. The pictures on Google are much better than any service I received.
Also forgot to include that she went on a cigarette break in between my nails. I honestly shouldn't have even had to pay for this.

I love being treated like a 👑 queen, every time I go to this nailshop each nail tech is outstanding in meeting my needs. Thank you Hannah for great customer service.
