This place has been so run down. Things and stuff piled up everywhere. It's very closterphobic. They are pushy, little customer service. No hello or how can I help you. They hand you a list of services and tell you to sit. They offer gel but charge 15 bucks to your pedicure if you want it. I will not be returning. There are better places, more organized and more friendly for the same price. Convienece of the location is not worth it.

My son has an ingrown toenail. They take good care of him.
He gets pedicures as rewards for doing well in school. He has sensory issues. He really enjoys the pampering.

I will never get my nails done here again. Let me start off by saying it is almost like they try to hurt you. I have naturally long nails. I trimmed them to what I felt was an appropriate length and they took fiskar childrens scissors to cut my nail off. They cut them so far back they throbbed. Then when they took the drill to my real nail after I asked them no to he drilled completely through two of my nails. He said oh your fine you have thin nails which I don't. I wouldn't let him drill my other nails which obviously pissed him off. He slapped on my nails and reportedly jerked my hands telling me I need to relax. Kind of hard for you to relax when your fingers are on fire from being drilled through and set on fire with acrylic on an open wound. He then sloppily drilled my nails cutting my cuticle with the drill and then cut every single one of my fingers with the disgusting finger nail file he used on EVERYBODY. He would not use the colors I picked out insisted what he had looked better. The nail polish was very uneven and the sides of the nails were not even painted. When I got home I had to file down my extremely sore nails because the edges were so lumpy amd rough. I was not about to ask him to fix them because my fingers were so sore. The durability of the nails were good and that is the only thing I can say about them. The quality of work was poor, the attitudes of the workets was poor, it was not sanitary. I am lucky I did not get an infection. Do NOT go here unless you want a painful botched nail job. You might even leave missing a finger.

Worse experience here ever, I had been once before and service was good but this time the woman started to do my nails and then took a phone call for about 10 minutes and went and stood up front on her cell phone. She kept getting irritated with me because she put the tips on uneven and the top of the nails were completely uneven and then at the end of my nail polish being put on I had nail polish all over the side of my hands, it looked like a 3 year old painted my nails! Picture for proof. Also its like she kept getting side tracked and lost track of how many coats she did and my nails look bubbly and thick. So disappointed, I want my money back or them re done
