I have arthritis in my hands and I tell them all everytime I go in that my fingers don't move so well. They don't listen. They smack my hands and grab them and hurt me every time. They are just mean and nasty. Only go there for convenience. No more. I'll file a complaint with the BBB. They just aren't customer friendly in my opinion. They have no regard for my handicap.

As shown in the picture i went and got a black and white set, these nails were left bulky and messy. they did handle my hands rough but we’re trying to make them look nice, they just kinda failed. one of the pictures shows that the black nail polish didn’t fully set before adding the top coat and it left a bubble of polish under that popped. i didn’t even know that was possible.

My girlfriend gets her nails done here. Everytime I see the finished product, I'm left in awe and amazement. I sit and watch from time to time and I can see how passionate Amy is about her work. Everyone in there is awesome though. It's a really neat process to watch. Each time we walk in there, they always treat her like the Queen she is. She absolutely loves it!! Awesome customer service all the way around. You guys rock!!

the work she does on my ingrown toenail is amazing!!! they do awesome acrylics also

Got my toes done and left like this, she didn’t even ask if she could cut the sides of my toenails. The polish is on my cuticles. She kept cutting and cutting the sides and both toes were bleeding already.
