Went here because they welcome walk-ins. Wasn't busy at 11:00 on a Tuesday. One ahead of me, but, since I only wanted 4 nails done for guitar picking he worked me in with the other customer and I was done in no time. Excellent job too. I will return here for fill in work. I just hope the other customer didn't mind. We conversed and she didn't seem to be upset and it was obvious that she is a regular.

Have been going to Lucy for over a year-and adore her. Can't believe anyone would have a bad experience with her.

Went in w my girlfriend bc she was picking up a suit coat she had altered and I wanted to check out the nail salon. we walked in, she handed my girlfriend the coat and the woman didnt ask her to try it on to see if it fit well(which was pretty strange). Didn't say hello, didn't smile, didn't say thank u. Not once word was exchanged or a friendly gesture. Was a really unpleasant experience, felt like we weren't wanted there at allll.
