This is the first time I have used this nail salon. Sophia was wonderful. She was detail oriented in doing my pedicure and manicure. I will come back again soon. Thank you Sophia.

So for a no chip pedicure it was 45$ which honestly is on the higher end but THE ATTENTION THEY PAY TO THE NAILS ALONE IS GREAT! They did not use a foot file or callus remover so that was a little disappointing because I was left with most of the dead skin I began with but again the attention to my actual nails was amazing. They needed TLC and they got it . This is why I gave it 3 stars! I will return but this time maybe ask if they have a foot file or callus remover available. I thought dead skin was routine for a pedicure so did not ask. The massage was about 2 mins per leg and no massage for the foot itself. The pro is nail attention , the con is no skin was removed off my actual foot .I did get cut a little but the way my toes were jacked up I couldn’t Be mad about it .

I usually come here about once per month for a dip manicure and spa pedicure. Usually about $110 each time. I love their attention to detail and my nails always look great. But today somethings were different;
1) the person working the front was not the same as usual and was very unfriendly. I don’t know if it was because she was so young but she was just very curt and dismissive when greeting me and asking what service I would like.
2) the person who did my spa pedicure did a good portion of my massage using the exfoliating scrub. It became very painful because my skin was just being rubbed over and over with that gritty scrub. I wish she had spent that same time using lotion instead.
Something that has always bothered me is the requirement of cash tips even when using Venmo or Zelle. The owner (and therefore workers) already try to push you away from using credit cards so are to avoid credit card fees, why not allow us to tip their awesome techs using the same service? Im sure the lovely ladies get stiffed often because people just don’t have cash.
I will likely continue going here but I hope that they will take this feedback and make some changes.
