I’ve gone to them twice now and they have done wonderfully both times. The first time I went to get acrylics done. It’s hard for me to find a nail salon that won’t cut my fingers open because I have small nail beds, but they did WONDERFULLY!! The acrylics lasted almost 2 months before they started to weaken and try to come off on their own. The second time I went, I had the acrylics removed and did a cat eye gel manicure on my natural nails. Again, they did fantastic. The removal was quick and painless and the manicure was relaxing. I will continue to go to them for my nail services!

I asked one of the representatives what time he closed. Instead of telling me what time he close he asked me when I'm coming in. I repeat it to him what time he closed and he never respond. That is poor business when he does not want to tell me what time he close. I think he should be more respectful to his customer and answer their question..

I came in last night and I got my nails done asking them to take the acrylic nails off and to use my nail. Which didn’t happen. Now my left thumb nail is longer than my right, didn’t realize how bad they were till I got home. Also my left ring nail finger is crooked and the polish doesn’t look right because he didn’t buff out the indentions from the nail drill. If your getting ready to close then don’t tell me to come in but your sign said till 8 and it was 630. I’m not happy at all with this service. I’m having them redone somewhere else. Very unsatisfied!!!!

Didn't seem to be Interested in what I wanted. Then rushed me picking out color. Then wouldn't file them the way I wanted. Kept telling me it would look better the way he was doing it not the way I wanted. Just not happy at all
