I went into the nail salon today at 7:05 PM when there sign says that they close at 7:30 PM. I went in there and nicely asked if I could fix this small chip on my thumb nail. There was only 2 customers finishing up with there sets. I only know that because they were already paying for it. Though , the lady who i asked to see my nail and what needs to be fixed , raised her voice at me and said "WE ARE CLOSED" , I didn't hear her clearly the first time so she said it again . I said sorry and walked out and then she stormed out the salon. I believe even as for someone going there for there first time there should be a better work ethic than to go through that like I did.

Went for very first Visit. I know I won’t be going back. For one, there are too many on board, for that EARLY, in the morning. They don’t speak. I pulled up and one was sitting outside and saw me coming to their Business, didn’t speak. I went inside and it took a bit before only one acknowledged me. They tend to be more engaged laughing and talking among each other. My Pedicure was COMPLETELY RUSHED and Polish isn’t Smooth because she was in such a Rush, they don’t allow the Polish to dry before putting the Top Coat on. Anthony, did my Nails, is Not Cordial, at All. He didn’t ask me how I wanted my nails shaped, he just got to filing. I had to ask him, what was his name was. I also asked him if he was A Good Polisher. He asked me why did I ask him that. I told him because I was a first timer and could ask. From the start, he didn’t seem to Cordial, anyhow. He just seemed to have a bit of an Attitude about himself. He tends to Polish, Ok, but not well enough for me to seek his services, Again. After asking about his polishing skills, he also asked me what did U expect. I told him our EXPECTATIONS aren’t alway met and I’ll be Darn, they weren’t met today. I believe when new people walk in these Nail Shops, they put the Newest staff reps. on us. Sometimes, that can really hinder a business. Bad Customer Skills and Service. I won’t be going back.

I drive from Arkansas over here just to get my nails done here! They are fast and customer service is excellent! I would and have recommended them to my friends!

I visit on a regular basis and I have never come away disappointed in my experience. My nail tech is AWESOME and always does an excellent job. The gentleman that does my pedicure is very nice and very helpful. He does not rush on my feet and I leave feeling very relaxed.

I was in a hurry but this has to be the first time my feet have looked so bad. My daughter painted my toenails when she was a toddler and they look the same way. I will have to go get them fixed in the morning. I didn't feel like arguing with them I've worked 70 hours this week. DON'T GO EVEN IF ALL OTHER SPAS ARE CLOSED....terrible!
