That guy really hurt my nails, and he got upset with me because he said I was an hour early. My appointment was at 2:00pm, and that’s when I showed up. He made me bleed, kept filing, and then put the bloody emery board back in his drawer to use it again later, on someone else’s nails (GROSS), and laughed when I said he was hurting me. He also said that I was ugly :( He was very forceful, yanking my hands around, twisting my fingers around like a friggin’ rag doll, and the color choices were minimal. Also, and I hate to be “that person,” but, he could hardly understand me. He gave me the wrong shape, and the paint job was horrid. He didn’t even cover my nails entirely, and they’re crooked as hell. If you can’t communicate with your customers, and if you are using someone else’s blood-covered nail file on another client, that’s a problem. And very dangerous, as you never know what kind of blood borne diseases people may have. Totally unsanitary. This was my first time getting acrylics, and I was SO excited, but that experience crushed my spirits. I’m never going back there again. I am actually heartbroken. These nails needed to be perfect, because I was getting them done for my wedding, and even though I totally suck at doing my own nails, I really feel like I would’ve been better off if I had just done them myself. $30.00, down the drain. :’(

The staff is very kind and attentive, my nails stay nice for 2-3 weeks with the shellac. Quick service too

I got a shellac manicure and typically they last me about 2 weeks, I got mine done here on a Saturday and it was chipping by Monday...I paid $50 (plus a tip)for my toes and nails to be done. My manicure and pedicure were rushed, I couldn't even enjoy it, it's not like they were busy the only customers were myself and my friend. I don't think I'll be returning...
