I love star nails! They are always so friendly in the one next to the dollar tree. I get my toes done by Mr. Henry and he is the best and his wife is good too! My mom and I go in together all the time and they are always so nice and have great customer service skills!

My new spot for lashes. Never had a bad experience until yesterday. I sat there for a good 45 Mins waiting for my lashes when I never had to wait before. I'm still giving 5 stars because they are wayyy better then VIP.

Went to STAR NAILS II took my daughter today, this being about the 5th time in two years. I will never return, after two different nail technicians pushed the job off on each other finally the female that's going to do them is sitting at her station filing her feet and toes, as if this wasn't nasty enough, she didn't bother to clean her hand or equipment. What's worse is while doing my daughter's nails she went back to working on her feet several times and complaining about how she couldn't wait to get off. All the other nail techs see this going on and say nothing as if this is usual or ok!!!!! So many other things wrong this just the highlight. I will not, can not deal with this level of business!!!

I dont like it at all i ask for medium to a long sized nail the guy gives me short then he cut me and put nail glue on it to stop from bleeding i asked for coffen be didnt do a good job at it amd when he was putting acrylic on he got it all over my fingers and left it messy and thick all my nails are different shapes he put the wrong size nail on my finger it looks like they are ready to get a fill in and i just got them to day they have a lot of air bubbles in them i have never gotten my nails done in such a bad place i dont recommend any one to go there i go to the nail shop by the Lowe's on Bradley prk they do my nails grate never had a problem with them i will not be coming back to star nails though

This place was terrible as soon as I walked in the customer service was terrible billy had a attitude. Billy and two other women passed me around. None of them take direction well! The one lady cut the my finger and then said she didn’t because it wasn’t bleeding, they left acrylic all over my cuticles/skin. Never going back! I don’t recommend them at all!!!
