This shop is always very clean and the ladies who work there are very cordial. I'm diabetic and the care of my feet is of utmost importance to me. I've always had great results with my pedicure. I recommend this establishment to everyone in Espanola.

Every single time I've gone here I get extremely rude customer service. They never do a good job on my acrylic nails they always leave them sloppy and one time they put my nail on crooked and I asked them to fix it and they ripped it off so rudely and made me bleed!!! If I could give a -5 stars on this place I would. For a business that needs to run solely on CUSTOM SERVICE they do a terrible job I always feel very uncomfortable and I will never go there again. People who are nice to me deserve my business so I will take my business elsewhere.

When we first walked in there was no wait and quick service. As we continued to get our nails done two state inspectors walked in. The man that was helping the person I was with walked out without a word leaving my friend with her nails half done. Only to find out that he was not certified and the instruments they were using were not clean, the inspectors were also mentioning the sterilizing equipment they were using is not longer approved for use in the state of New Mexico. After being left with our nails half done and realizing the equipment that was used on us was not clean we still paid full price. Later I shared our odd experience with another friend and found out her niece received an infection from this place last Saturday.

I walked into the new location to take my daughter for her first pedicure. There were four people working. Not one person offered a greeting. My daughter chose her nail polish and we sat down. Still no one asked what services we wanted and when I tried to ask how long the wait was, I was flat out ignored.... until we started walking out the door. That’s when one lady finally asked how can I help you. We went to another salon. Had no wait and much better service

I only been here twice! I love the work they do and they over me new styles and colors. This girls work fast and there is no waiting.
