They do a decent job and pay attention to their work which i can't say some other places do. However, their prices are ridiculous. I've been two times, only got simple nails, and paid around $50 both times. I called Friday morning to see how much a balance would be and was told they start at $18. I only had a couple nails that needed replaced so i expected to pay around $20-$25. I ended up paying $47! Not only that, but then sunday 2 popped off. If they would be more reasonable with their prices, I would return.

I visited the shop for the third time today. Each time I visited the price was different. When I tried to explain this to the owner, he immediately got defensive. His manager told me "to just leave if I don't like the service". Customer service is clearly not important and the service is never better than average. If you are looking for good customer service and better than average nail service avoid this place.

I only gave them one star because I had to give them something. Tyler and his wife are incredibly rude to paying customers. His wife is the worst. When I expressed my concern about my services she laughed in my face. The nails are only sub par at best but the their customer service is terrible. I highly recommend you find another salon. There are several salons in the area that will great you with a smile and give you common curtesy.

Ive been coming to this nail shop for over 5 years. Moderate service but today was an exception. I brought an infant with me. I only needed one nail fixed because it snapped off after 3 days. Not knowing babies aren't allowed unless another adult can hold them, I was refused service. It was rudely announced by the female owner, Vickie to call my son to hold the baby. According to her - a sign was posted at the counter "FOREVER" about the policy. She's right it was placed at the bottom of a counter and by the way it's worded causes concern. I won't ever be returning. No excuse for being unprofessional to your customers especially long-term good paying ones. Please don't go there....

This place is not up to par. Owner seems a bit of a pain.
My Tech, Brooke, is very sweet, a newbie, which is frustrating, however, a good job.
