I visited this nail salon a couple of years ago for convenience. I met Kathleen who later did an amazing job on my lash extensions. I went on Friday in search of Kathleen only to find out she was no longer there. Vivian did my lashes and they were PERFECT! I love how she gave exactly what I wanted. Not too thick or long just a natural enhancement to my own. I love them!! I’ve received so many compliments on just those couple of days. I will definitely be returning... She’s a keeper!!

I tried this nail shop for the first time and I needed a full set, pedicure and eyebrows. I also wanted a design. For starters the one of the nail techs kept coughing with and without her mask on the whole 2 hours I was there. Then once my pedicure was done the nail tech polished my toes with white polish then the color. Well when after 4 to 5 coats of polish on my toes they still did not look right. Another tech came and repolished my toes with a different white and it still didn’t work. Something else with my nails but the polish and design was good on my nails with 4 coats of polish on them also.They charged me for the shape but my nails just look like regular square. The polish on my toes is chipping already after a few days. Needless to say I will never go here again they are over priced and poor quality. Also the place was dingy looking and the polish was old.

I went just yesterday for a pedicure. The woman who did it was not very nice right off the bat. The pedicure was okay. When it came time to paint my nails, I chose a pink to match a dress. She told me it was was too light for me. I insisted on the color I wanted. She definitely rolled her eyes but nonetheless used the color. She got petty when I asked for drying spray which I could see sitting in a tray. It was like she was intentionally being nasty because I insisted on the color I wanted versus what she wanted to paint my nails. She literally rolled her eyes and gave me a firm “No”. I could not believe she couldn’t even give me an ounce of drying spray as I had waited a while and now had to put my shoes on and leave.

Literally waited an hour for a polish change a simple polish change that takes only 15 mins to do 🙄 won’t ever come here again.

Everytime we have the same problem. They take forever! You can make a appointment or walk in and it will not make a difference. They are super slow and always say they are busy and every time I walk in there is only about 4 people total in the shop. The cleanliness has gotten a little better because a few months ago Roaches were in the pedicure bowls. They show no care or effort to change the way they run the business.
