Was a hurried experience with very poor communication. The charges were not as stated on the board and Cashier put the money in his pocket.

My wife's worst pedicure ever. Rushed. Toe nails cut too short so she can't walk pain free or wear shoes. Unable to relax because of interruptions. Never going back!!

Take "walk ins welcome" off your door. Every single time I try to go in I am turned away. And it isn't because they're busy. Much better places in Grand Haven.

This was my fifth year going there in the Summer. I am unhappy with the young man who did my fills. He did not remove a water spot on my nail before adding new fill. I had to ask him to shorten my nails. When I asked him to keep the acrilic thin he wanted me to get a full set, the set I have is only 3weeks old. I will never go back. I am looking for a new nail salon.
