I went to get my nails done, was really excited to be trying out a new place! Really clean, gorgeous decor, & friendly staff.
I loved how Bella did my nails, design, shape, EVERYTHING! Paid 65.00 & tipped her 20.00. I had my nails for 6 days.. and they all started lifting!! So I went back, told them the issue, and they fixed them.. for 45.00... Two days later, my nails started lifting, again!!🙄
- Not to mention, I went to get my nails fixed, and the guy started doing my nails, and then stopped to fix another girls nails they had did a few days ago!!
I’ve been getting my nails done for years, & never once dealt with them lifting, or breaking so easily.
They do dip & acrylic way too thick. Also, my friend got her nails done last week, and hers are lifting too.
So I won’t be going back.
Again, staff was nice, very beautiful on the inside, but if you want to be out 100.00 in a week just for getting your nails done, then to break & have to pay again for their mistakes... it’s a no for me.

After reading the recent reviews I thought I would share my experience. I went to the nail salon about a week ago, and paid for a pedicure and nail fill. With the 20% off it was still over 100 dollars with tip. The atmosphere was great, and salon was very clean; however, after only 2 days 3 of my nails broke and started chipping. For the price and quality I will not be back. Very disappointing.

Pros:
• very clean
• beautifully decorated
• free drinks
• did a great job waxing my eyebrows
Cons:
• dips nails could be better. I felt that they are uneven some thicker than others
• a bit on the pricy side. Felt the detox pedicure was not worth $57
• I got gel Polish on my toe nails and it was unevenly painted. Almost half of some of my toes have less paint then the other half so you can see the nail
•felt rushed

Will not be back!! Acrylics were to thick!! And cuts all on my cuticles, they made me bleed!!! Had an appointment at noon. Wasn’t seen until 1:30!!🤦🏻♀️

I am not from here and I got to say this is by far the best and most friendliest nail place I have ever been to. They talked to me and had conversations with me. They made sure there customers had a drink if they needed one. My nail designs look fabulous. I will be coming back here to have my nails done everytime I'm here in west virginia.
