Long story short, don’t come here. All I wanted to do one morning was get a fresh set and get some grocery shopping done. I go in and she helps me right away, real nice personality at first, I make it known I only have about an hour or so so I can have time to make it to the store before work. Everything’s relaxed until I leave and actually look at the work she did on my nails, she painted outside of my cuticles, when I tried to tell her this she told me to “wash my hands and it’ll come off”, not that I didn’t pay good money to, at the very least have the nail polish painted inside my cuticles. There was a huge glob of nail polish on my ring finger, she attempted to do a matte finish and it added too many layers and made them look thick. I shouldn’t of let her do my nails the minute I saw what her hands looked like, but she told me she’s been doing nails for 20 years so i digressed. As a future small business owner I really don’t like to leave reviews like this, especially for businesses owned by women of color. The real thing that’s making me write this was the fact that I tried to go back on my way to work cause I was so upset about my nails, I tried to explain to her I wanted a refund because I wasn’t satisfied with the job she did. I was trying to explain further when she cut me off and points to another customer getting a pedicure and says “she’s came here 4 times and she likes it”, then, while I was attempting to explain to her that we’re 2 different people with 2 different requests she grabs another customer and walks away without really even having paid mind to the fact that i was upset. Mind you she gave me a little speech about how her customer are her boss and blah blah blah which gave me the initial impression that she was a really nice lady and that she was gonna slay my nails. Wrong, she may be a very nice lady but her being blatantly dismissive to me trying to express that I was way more than less satisfied with her work is what brought me here today. If you want great nails or customer service I suggest you take your hard earned cash elsewhere.

Tina did my nails and I am SO pleased with them. Beautiful coffin shape without the added pricing! Great work and super affordable I love my nails!!

Very kind treated us like queens they were even so kind to offer us snacks while we got our pedicures never felt so comfortable and welcoming and there work is excellent!!!! Definitely tell my friends about it and going back thanks Tonya keep up the good work

Tanya does a great job doing nails! It's always great when the owner is involved with a business directly! I will definitely be coming back here for nails in the future.
