Got my nails done and they slowly broke off in 2 days. The woman doing my nails took 2 hours to complete it and did a horrible job. Her silence was so uncomfortable, I left before she could paint them. I went in store and asked for a refund and explained they had broken off. The woman who did my nails just stared at me and didn't even offer an apology or try to investigate the situation. They took a picture of my naills despite the fact I had told them it had days since they broke off. They took down my number for a refund and never called me. Don't ever go here unless you like disrespect and poor service.

Stay away! This place is filthy and the two techs (!!) who tried to paint my toenails did such a terrible job, I refused to pay. The techs didn't wear gloves, and I didn't notice til after it was used on my feet, unfortunately, but pumice was worn and old. Disgusting! I normally don't leave reviews, but this shop is a safety concern.

Not recommended. Very rude. They make my wife so sad before our trip. She is very regular customer. The lady manager is super rude. They talk each other on their own language about customer. Service is also bad. They close at 8.30 but she denied , but Meme( the owner/ manger) told they close 8pm. Don't massed up your day.

I am a regular customer of this store for 5 years. They changed their whole team last year. There is a new manager, who told me she is the owner,Name meme , a Vietnamis lady. I got my gel color 2 days ago but the color discolored. So I went two times today and she denied to do that . After make me wait 40 minutes she told me she cannot do it for me. Because they close at 8pm!(but officially their closing time 8.30pm, whole mall close at 8.30pm) And she forced the other guy Scan not to do my nail. She told me to come back tomorrow, but my flight is tomorrow( I am going to my trip for 1 month), I requested her and Scan. She also forced me to come back after few days when Alex(who did my nail before) come.
I just suggest people don't mass your time with this lady. She is insane. Stay away for this salon for nail done, because gel color change. Also they charge more than enough. Thanks for mass my trip Miss Manager come owner. Good luck on your nail art business.

I went over for a waxing,and look what happened to me, all my skin was removed and the pain so out of this world; besides the feeling of embarrassing and overwhelming, And all they can say is I'm sorry so think twice before you go to this place.
