I have been going to queen nails since I was 12 now 20. I have been going every month since july, and this past time it was the older couple working who I have never seen before. I asked for just shellac nail polish like normal, but 4 colors this time. The older man told me I could only do 1 color, but I told him that not what I wanted so I got the 4 colors. Nothing like what I wanted either. I got a matte coat and because he did not cover the whole nail some of it was shiny, when he files my nails at the end he took chunks of polish with it. I normally love queen nails, but with those two older people working I will not visit. Had to go to another salon to have them redo my nails. Not to mention the older man that did my nails just pulled out the cuticle tool from his desk wiped it with a cotton pad and used it on my hands. Second picture is what I asked for minus the glitter.

OMG this was by far the BEST shop I've ever been too. Waited no more than 20 minutes to be seen. Kevin did my nails so quick and GREAT! Held a good conversation and made me feel so welcome. Will DEFINITELY be coming back in two weeks! Would TOTALLY recommend this shop! 💖

Helen always does what I ask and goes above and beyond with what I want! I highly would recommend her! 🔥

my nails were not shaped right they were all different I didn't get the style I showed them and then my fingers were bruised and cut up. They then charge me $60 and my nails were also short. $60 but the shape was the worst they left cuts on my fingers,the style wasn't right. just don't go.

They always do such a good and clean job. I can’t trust any other nail salon. I can bring in complicated pictures I found online and they recreate them perfectly. They ALL are so sweet and take their job seriously.
