I've been coming here for at least 3 years. I tried a few nail techs before I settled on Kim. Well, apparently Kim left. I decided to stay and get my nails done but I already know who I will and will not let do my nails when I visit. I was asked to go to chair 6 and I asked "How do you know I want to go to chair 6?" They just assume that it's ok. The guy in chair 6 decided to say something to the customer that was sent to his chair about me and I told the woman in chair 1 that I won't be coming back because the tech decided to talk like that just because I didn't want to go to his chair. Even in this conversation I could hear him at his table talking saying things like "I don't care". If you go here just be mindful that if you say you don't want someone doing your nails or toes they may have something slick to say. This was the 2nd time it's happened to me.

I always have a great experience when I go to Fancy Nails! The staff has is great and they do a mean powder dip polish (SNS). I have not gone anywhere else since finding Fancy Nails. Anytime I need my a gift certificate, manicure, or pedicure, I go to Fancy Nails.

Went to get a mani/pedi and was very disappointed. Amanda rushed through my pedicure and then sat me down to do my manicure. While I was getting my pedicure her food from Waitr had arrived. So after rushing through my pedicure she put my hands in the water to soak and said “I’ll be right back.” 15 minutes later and there was no sign of her. So I got up and told them I just wanted to pay for only my pedicure. They called her up front and she was like “Oh, I was just about to come up and finish.” May I add that she was clearly just eating her food in the back because when she came up she was finishing up a bite. Highly dissatisfied and will not be back.

I’m going to give 2 stars because the guy that is working today was nice to my friend & I. This nail salon closes at 6pm. My friend and I walked in at 5:15 & asked for 2 manicures & pedicures. I would like to take the time to point out that if they did not want to service us or did not have time to do our nails, they could have easily told us they did not have the time & I would have been fine with that. Instead, the guy told us to he could help & go ahead & pick out our colors. Meanwhile, the girl with the blue hair & the Asian girl that speaks fluent English (i dont know their names) gave us some unpleasant looks. I ignored it because I assumed they wouldn’t be servicing us, but it was obvious they were annoyed by us coming in at the time we chose. I used the wrong terminology when I said manicure, it was actually supposed to be a fill in, which takes longer, so they were unable to do my hands. That was understandable b/c I used the wrong terminology, so I was fine with them only being able to do my toes. The Asian girl that’s speaks fluent English helped my friend, but she had such an attitude about it. We didnt appreciate her attitude at all. She was so rude with how she was talking to my friend & had no problem showing her annoyance with us. I would like to point out again, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY FINE IF THEY TOLD US THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME TO PERFORM THEIR SERVICES. I wont be coming back. I try not to make it a habit of going anywhere an hour before closing, but we decided to try our hand & see what the outcome was. We were prepared to be turned away if need be, but instead we were allowed to stay. With that being said, I wouldve expected better service from the girl with the attitude than what she provided. I shared my annoyance with the person who referred me to this location & they told me the girl with the attitude ALWAYS has an attitude. She obviously needs to work on her customer service skills. Not to mention, she was using profanity in front of us. She was on the phone telling someone to “feed the damn baby” and saying “dammit” because Chipotle was closed. It’s just unprofessional. It was obvious she didn’t care that we were there. Thanks again to the guy that was pleasant to us when we walked I’m. I’m sorry your coworker doesn’t share the same couth that you have.
