I wish so badly that me experience had been better because I liked my nails and I am a person that sees the good in everyone to a fault and never ever gives a bad review when I have a bad experience somewhere, because I know everyone has rough days. BUT.....my experience at this nail salon was so horrible that I have to say something publicly. I had never been here. A friend recommended it to me. EVERYONE was SO rude. I walked in and sweetly asked the lady at the front, for the services/prices offered and without saying a word, she looks at me rudely and slams a pamphlet in front of me. I should have walked out, but I thought maybe she was just not understanding me because she didn’t speak English very well. But then, The nail tech was so beyond just downright cruel.😳 Getting the ends of my skin on my fingers in his scissors when cutting the nail, Yanking my arm and hands, twisting my fingers and hands so hard and squeezing my fingers hard as well to the point, in the middle of it, I finally pulled my hands away and told him to Stop hurting me!! I have never in my life had to do that!!! He didn’t even apologize, just acted mad. He then Got furious and was cussing me and slamming instruments around in his foreign language when I asked him twice to fix a little area (when he would ask me if I liked it before moving on). Getting your nails done is supposed to be a pampering experience, and this was the exact opposite!!! I will never be back and will tell everyone I know not to go there!!!

I am SO SO SO UPSET AFTER WASTING MY MONEY HERE!!! $123 TO BE EXACT. And they did a terrible job on my toes they were not filed correctly and they did a terrible job on my nails the girls can't do a design for s***. Yeah they were pretty terrible. Will never go back here again should have gone to my regular place but I decided to try somewhere new and now I'm pissed. I should have just walked out not paid it all. But for risk of the cops coming I did to keep the peace save your money and go somewhere else. Cuz you will be pissed too

This use to be a great place to go but lately the work they do is not up to par. Have to find a new nail salon.

They were very friendly and did a great job on my fill in and my friends nails looked beautiful as well.
