So my daughter and my sons boyfriend have been going here every year once a month and I’ve been using them for several years and never had any problems. We always get the dip powder nails with coffin shape and it has always cost us $35./per person and I typically tip really good. Well today the girl told me 35.00 for mine and I let her know I needed to pay for my daughters as well. So she then says it’s 40 apiece! Why I asked? She n owner says because of the “coffin shape.” I asked since when do I have to pay an extra $5.00 for the shape of my nails when I’ve never had to before, no where did it show anywhere that they charge extra for that. I have never had to pay that before and he says “maybe because they forgot.” No sir because he himself has done my nails before as has Lyndsey lots of times and get the same thing done and no one has ever charged extra.” He even goes on to say yes he remembers me and I always tip good. Well not no more. I told him what they are doing is wrong and their prices are not posted with that and you don’t do customers that way. So now you lost 3 good paying customers because I would have paid my normal and left a great tip! Not today folks! I’ll take my business elsewhere. Ask up front for prices!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone and I won't be back. The service was mediocre and communication was horrible. They charged me full price for the kids service but didn't do half of what was listed in package. This was my daughter's first pedicure and the lady who did it did not ever smile or say a word to her. She was unpleasant. The gentleman that runs it made a mistakeand didn't even apologize but made me feel it was my fault. I asked for one thing and received something totally different. I'm sorry that I chose to spend my money here, but it won't happen again. This is one of the worst nail places I've visited. Period.

This is the first place I tried out when first moving to Winter Haven and I will forever go here. Staff is ALWAYS friendly. So many colors and options to choose from! Lena is my girl, I love this place!!

Went with my mother and my aunt, the nail technicians apparently thought it would be fun to see who could be done fastest, and spent no time taking care of us.
