Took my Aunt for first time ever in her life. She was treated like a queen, thank you so much for just a fabulous service and being so friendly. My niece loves going also. Always busy which means it’s well worth going. Get compliments all the time on how my nails are done. You show them a picture they will do it for you. Thanks Royal Nails for doing a fabulous job!!!!

My sister in law and I went there at first for the prices. The first time we came to this salon, Bruce was super friendly and the service was great. Every time we went in after this, the service got progressively worse and the people got more and more rude and less personable. I went in there a couple of times with some designs that I wanted and was told that they couldn't do the design or sometimes they would tell me that the design I wanted was going to cost $80. I stopped going to this salon because the nail techs are sloppy and only do designs that they choose to do. I also felt that often times I was ignored when I walked in and one time was even skipped over for someone who had walked in after I did. Won't be going back or recommending this salon to anyone.

This is the second time I've come to Walmart nail salon. Both times my nails started to rise A DAY after getting them done. I am not very happy and hopefully can get them redone for free. I have went to the mall once and they did not rise for almost 2 weeks after getting them done. I like most of the people at the walmart one. They are funny and talk to you, but quality stunk.

I went in to get a pedi, and they had some young guy doing the pedicure. First off the water they put in the foot bath was very cold. I had to ask them to put some hot water in it. Then the whole time he was trimming around the nails, he kept cutting me, one to the point that I yelled out “ouch that hurts” and he replied “i didnt cut you”. I told him to please finished up, that this was hurting. (I should have left, right then) I wanted a French pedicure, he spent so long trying to paint the white on the nails, then without a word, motioned for me to move to the light table. (Now ive always gotten a French pedi, and have sat at the table for a little bit then was able to put my shoes on) he did not use gel polish so when i removed my feet from the light table, i notice the polish is not dry and smudged. I look for the guy that done my nails and he had left to go smoke. I tell the other male and he tells me to just wait. I was so unhappy with the finished product even without all the cuts on my toes, I will never go back to this place again!! I have always done my mani and pedi’s here, but man talk about very piss poor service!!

I'd highly recommend coming to Regal Nails , Nice and Friendly Staff . They get me in & out with beautiful results every time. I been coming to Regal Nails 3 years now I wouldn't go anywhere else. Bruce & his team always take very good care of me.
