I got my nails done last night there. I just wasn't liking them. The tip was sticking out under the acrylic. And wanted them to take them off and re do them. I was very respectful. They said they couldn't fix them. Or a refund. I felt very disrespected considering I paid 50 bucks for the nails and I wasn't happy with them. Basically they said they already did them and there's nothing that they can do to fix them. I felt so disrespected. Eventually they did end up fixing them and refunding part of my money. But when the same lady that did my nails last night. She is the one that redid my nails. And now there's chunks of acrylic all over my nails skin. That I'm like biting off with my teeth because there's so much. The acrylic comes all the way up to my knuckles. The lady was mad because I wasn't happy with the nails. And she couldn't take constructive criticism. Not happy about their problem solving and customer service skills.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I tried this shop twice and have been extremely disappointed both times. The first time the tech would not make my nails short as I requested. She said no. I left and just couldn't tolerate them that long so went back and another tech shortened them.
I went in today to get just a fill and color tip change. The tech didn't even bother taking the other color off before putting the new color on so the previous color showed through. And he didn't file them as I wished. He just did what he wanted. He was rushed (as they all were) because they had appts waiting. I knew if I asked them to be fixed I'd be waiting a very long time. And then the other tech that did my pedi was trying to scrub the skin off my feet!
To top it off they overcharged me. A fill was supposed to be $20 and I was charged $35! Outrageous!
I left and went to Signature Nails and they did an outstanding job fixing the other salon's mess.

Went in to get a clean up for my eyebrows, just a clean up. I had nice arches and very good shapes. After I went in I came out looking like chola. My eyebrows are so thin now. I do NOT recommend this place for waxing your eyebrows.

Wife went with her mom to get nails and waited for more than an hour and a half before deciding to just leave.

My wife needed a fill and new design, and they told her they don't do "the fancy designs"? So what, just basic? She said why be in business? We left before they could get started and went to Fancy on Rimrock. Bye!
