Just got my eyebrows waxed and the service was poor. I wanted thinner brows than she liked. When I politely pointed to areas I wanted thinner she slapped my hand away 3x and said she knows what's best. Plus when she tweeted she kept pinching my skin and never apologized when I'd wince. After taking much longer than needed to wax brows, I paid. She stood right there waiting to see how much I would put for a tip (leaning over the counter to see). So instead i wrote no tip due to poor service. When she saw this instead of apologizing to me she turned to someone in the shop and said something in another language while pointing right at me. I don't know what she said but I'm sure it was disrespectful. I will not return. There are dozens of other places that treat customers better.

This place is my happy place!!!! I come here every 2 weeks to see April religiously. I get the powder dip for my nails and I always leave feeling relaxed, happy, and my nails look amazing! I always get so many compliments at work. I have also gotten the gel polish as well as a pedicure there from other nail techs and everyone there is amazingly kind and wonderful at their jobs. Best nail place in the triangle HANDS DOWN!

I had a gel polish manicure done and the whole experience was wonderful. I called the same day to make an appointment and they were able to get me in. The gentleman who did my manicure took his time and was very precise. My nails came out beautiful. The price was fair as well. I will definitely be back!

This place discriminates against black customers. I'm never coming back to this place again. Asked for a polish change and he told me we are to busy to do just polish change, only Monday thru Friday. I realize they have an excuse everytime I come, but the white people are bowed down to. Smh, wake up!

April, Vin , & the others are incredibly sweet. I've never had a bad experience.
