I am most disappointed in having to give 2 stars! I have been going to Venus for years but in the last year, year and a half the customer service has gone down tremendously. I would make an appointment for a certain time and I'd finally get seen 45 min later, that would put her behind for the next person and that resulted on her rushing me at the most important part of the appointment....the color! Most times I was accommodating as I know they are busy but after a while I felt my kindness was being taken advantage of. Yes she always apologized and thanked me for understanding but my time is just as important as theirs and I pay good money for their services....I expect a good outcome especially after sitting for a total of 2 hours, for a pedicure! I hope things change for the next person but I think I'm finally done.

My gel French manicure lasted a week. My nails were not symmetrically shaped, there were bubbles in the polish, and it started peeling after seven days. It took at least two hours for a manicure and pedicure. I'll probably try a different place next time.

Absolutely LOVE Venus Nails. My family has been coming to Venus for about 13 years and can't say enough good things about them! Always friendly and accommodating and the salon is clean and welcoming. We highly recommend Venus Nails!

I rate this place 4 stars in terms of the quality of their facility. However I write this review on my 4th hour of sitting and waiting for them to be finished with my mani pedi appointment. I’d recommend this salon if you’ve got literally absolutely nothing to do that day.

Had a manicure and pedicure there yesterday. A wonderful and professional business. They were very pleasant and did an excellent job. I had designs painted on my nails and they are beautiful.
