Good people working in here. While it was crowded with 7 different workers helping customers, the wait was manageable. I forgot her name but she spent an exorbitant amount of time helping out a nail issue of mine. Also, picked up a gift certificate.

This is a review from my grandmother, Joan. She has been going to a another nail salon for years and they started treating her poorly. They didn't speak kindly to her or answer the phone when she called. My grandmother remembered Kevin that used to run Nail CityHe passed away unfortunately, however, the new management at Nail City is doing him justice! They are kind, patient and EAGER to have good long-term clients. My grandmother called me this morning and said they nail salon had reached out her to personally to let her know she was important and a valued customer. The gesture makes all the difference, in my opinion!
Nail city is clean, quiet and RELAXING. Isn't that what you want when you're pampering yourself? The nail techs don't get angry when you tell them not to paint your nail cuticle if that tells you anything! They're doing a great job and I'm thankful my grandmother can go somewhere where they treat her like she deserves. Every customer should feel valued and they're making that happen.

They are wonderful! !!! Henry does my nails and I cldn't ask for anyone better. They are very respectful of each person tht comes into the salon. A lot of people cld learn from ths, treat each other with the respect ur given. I highly recommend this salon. I'm really happy with the service I receive there. The whole staff is wonderful.

I asked for gel received regular polish. All this on acrylic nails btw. Tried to tell them was ignored. Bc they used regular polish on my nails ( whole nail being painted white with one finger on each hand having a design) when it dried I could see each stoke. Messed up my line design. Didn’t do it correctly, blurred the lines, then tried to cover it up with white polish which made it worse. I tried calling them to get them to fix my nail the way they were soppose to be , they refused. Asked for a refund, they hung up on me. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Didn’t see thier health department score until on the way out bc they had it hidden. It’s a 70. If I had seen that I definitely wouldn’t have came in. My friend accompanying me received a pedicure, they messed up that as well. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS NASTY, UNTRAINED SALON.
