I've never been to a nail shop where they mess with the cuticle. It's a cardinal rule to leave the cuticle alone for more than a few reasons. The lady who did my nails cut me a few times, then she did my pedicure and I'm sure I'll have an ingrown toenail by the way she cut them. I scream in pain when she cut my big toenail because she had grabbed so much skin. Needless to say I will not be back. I usually go to Organic Nails, but wanted to give someone else a try in the area. I wish I never did. I only gave 1 star because I had to.

If I could give this review a half star, I would. When I came in, none of the staff offered to help me. After about five minutes, I had to ask for someone to help me. All the staff were busy serving other customers, so the manager did my pedicure. It was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The water was scalding hot, he left my feet half dry, he aggressively pushed my cuticles back to the point of actually causing me pain and when I complained that he was hurting me, he actually shook his head, as if to say "no" to me. He kept looking back at his other crew members, and although he was speaking in his native tongue, so I really don't know exactly what was said, it seemed to me through his non verbal gestures that he was ptr trying get someone else to take over for him. Like it was a huge inconvenience for him to work on my feet. The ONLY thing I can say to his credit was that he did do a good job painting my nails. His ginormous attitude towards me turned me off completely to this establishment. I will never go back.

I went an got a full set an the man messed up my nail 4 times an got irritated when i asked for him to redo it an i said i didnt think they were dry an he basically kept trying to push me out an telling me theyre good. My nails look horrible an wish i didnt even have to pay for them. Very unpleased with my visit.
