I just left Cost Cutters on Euclid Avenue Bristol Virginia needless to say without my hair getting cut. I had a 3 p.m. appointment. I arrived at 2:50 p.m. . They could not find my appointment. Then I had to sit for over 35 40 minutes while people that did not have an appointment we're taking back and getting a haircut. These people came in after I got there. Obviously making an appointment doesn't matter. I will not be going back there. And I will share my experience with social media and whoever wants to hear about my experience. This was my first trip there and it will be my last.
