My prayer is that no one will ever have to experience what I did...
Was extremely excited to get my nails done, manicure and gel nails so I made sure to be the first customer. Requested a gel manicure and my nails (real) were immediately drilled on, then polish started being added. At the time, I wasn’t sure if this was getting my nails ready for manicure but when I realized that the manicure was not being done, said that I needed a manicure and could we please start over. It was the very beginning so thought it wouldn’t be a big deal...boy was I wrong. The woman doing my nails glared and said no we do this next time. I said I apologize but I really need a manicure. My nails and cuticles are in terrible shape. NO!! (Raising voice) We are NOT starting over. We do this next time. I said this is a very special treat for me. I don’t get to do this often. She said we do gel and cut your nails at end. I said no I have to have my nails done. She was absolutely hateful and agreed. Then she got the nail clippers and said you want them trimmed down too? How much? This much! And begin clipping my nails down hard and fast, completely annoyed and could care less that she was obviously treating me horribly. At this point I said let’s just stop right here...how much do I owe you for what you just did? She said $5. I left with my nails in a hot mess from poor, careless clipping and unnecessary drilling on my real nails. I was horrified at what had just happened. It was surreal. I drove to another nail place in tears and they fixed my nails perfectly, treating me to a glass of wine. No one, under any circumstance, should be treated this way. Ever...Please take my experience into account when looking for a place to relax and go somewhere that appreciates their patrons and understands appropriate customer service.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Absolutely horrible!!! Horrible customer service. I told the lady I was unsatisfied with my nails and she began yelling and ranting at me in front of everyone. I asked for my money back and she told me no. I asked for gel nails and got acrylics. Didnt get the color I wanted either. Was there for 2+ hours and settled. They didnt even go all the way down to cuticle. I will be reporting them. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!! I never get to have a girls date and they absolutely ruined my day!!!

My gel nail chipped 10 minutes after getting it done, then I went back to have it fixed and it chipped again immediately. They put the polish too thick and on the skin. Went somewhat else to have them redone.

Did a great job on my nails but was real tough with my daughter's nails and made her bleed

My sister and mom decided to get there nails done and wanted a Alabama nail paint and they did just that. I'm a boy and I still thought it was great they even gave did a cool diamond on the nail to make it stand out
