I was given a $60 gift card some time ago, and PER FEDERAL LAW, it should have been honored. It was not, and they did a HORRIBLE job, didn't get off calluses, sloppy paint job, and didn't push back my cuticles, so my pedicure looked even worse 3 days later.... ended up taking off the polish after about 4 days.

Filed the SKIN around my nail bed yet still did not correctly file the nails alone. Only two employees were working with a place full of customers. Five days later my nails began to crack in the center and some popped off completely. They did work at a fast pace and were very nice, but the nails were not done correctly. Great customer service, awful quality nails. I will not be returning.

Not only are these people totally unprofessional but they are SO dirty. I ended up getting finger nail fungus because of them .
Apparently they don’t clean their tools right and don’t know how to put on nails correctly . I’m so upset.

Over priced for poor quality. I asked for stiletto style nails and got round tipped and charged extra 3 nails were crooked. I told him 4 times and his response was "that's how your nail grows." Well...it doesn't. Asked for acrylic and regular polish...he put gel for both and didn't even set the polish so by the time I got home...they were all messed up. I had to pay another 20 to get them fixed by myself.

I went today to get my nails done. I was rushed to make a decision as to what I wanted done. She started working on my nails before I had the color picked out. I chose the pink glitter dip. She rushed through the job. My nails were messy, thick and rough. I asked her fix it but it didn't do any good. Parts of my nails are undone and still rough. She tried to blame it on the glitter. No honey, its you. She was in too big of a hurry and more concerned with talking to her coworkers and her friend that came in than she was my nails. I will not go back or recommend this place.
