I have never had a set of gel nails so when a coworker suggested we go, I said YES!!! Neither of us have been to Foxy Nails. I called at about 130pm and was able to make an appointment for us both for 2:45pm the same day. The place seemed really clean. There were a bunch of customers. That made me feel positive. My friend and I had our nails done by John. He was really fantastic. I just got the nails done an hour ago so I don't know how they will last, but so far they look AMAZING!!!!! The only issue I see is there is a small polish bump on my right hand. I am hoping it doesn't cause a chip. I will include a before and after photo.
This is going to sound silly, but I had such a good experience here that after reading the one star reviews, it makes me wonder if those women themselves were the ones with the attitude problems and not the owner. He was very busy while he did our nails but the place was packed.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. “John” screamed at me because we tried a different mail style and I didn’t like it. He only tried it on one nail and yelled at me because it takes 20 minutes to get the mail off. I kept apologizing and he stood up in front of everyone in the store and screamed “get out, you’re done” and my nails were half done! I couldn’t believe it! I almost cried. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and I would never in my wildest dreams treat a paying customer that way. I will never be back. 😥

This was our 1st time at this nail salon. We went on a Monday evening and got right in. One of my daughters (4 yrs old) received a pedi and loved every moment. Her technician was very sweet and gentle and made her laugh. My other daughter received acrylic nails and loved how they turned out. The salon itself appeared clean and well kept and the prices were comparable to other salons. We will definitely stop in again. Thank you!

My mom and I had pedicures there today and we had such a wonderful experience!!!! Everyone was so kind, they even moved things around to fit us into their schedule so we could have our pedicures at the same time, and our feet turned out great too! Highly recommend, and so glad we chose to try them! So glad to have such a great place nearby, thank you!!

I haven’t had a good experience here. I got an acrylic set by a male - second chair in from the door (I think it’s the owner or manager) — two of them fell off within the first 24 hours of having them put on.
I went in to get them repaired and could already feel several others lifting on the sides. The man I got them done by refused to fix them and had a female do it for me. I mentioned the others were already lifting but they did nothing to repair those.
Within another 24 hours, three more of them had fallen off and I went in again to get them repaired. I showed them they were off, kindly / respectfully asked how we could remedy this and the male who originally did them got up from his chair and in my face. He started screaming at my telling me I shouldn’t get my nails done there, they’re not going to fix them, it’s my problem and I should go somewhere else. I found this behavior extremely erratic and worrisome.
I have looked at many other reviews here and it seems this is far from an isolated incident and seems to be the norm on how they / he treats people.
Needless to say, I would never return to this nail salon.
