Foxy nails is the only place I will ever go. I went to pt nails yesterday and they completely mangled my nails but foxy came to the rescue. Thank you!!!! I will see you again in two weeks.

Male owner was so rude when I told him I didn’t like the style of my nails, and instead of offering to just take it off and fix it he began rolling his eyes and saying this is what I asked for. When I explained that I misunderstood him when we were talking about the style, he just shrugged and said this is what you asked for. I stated that I’m just going to place to pay anyways it was mistake I guess. I’m not well with emotions and began to cry and he began grabbing my hand and saying “I’ve never had someone cry over my work I’m just going to take it off, but you’ll have to leave after” after I had already stated that I was going to pay for it. Very unprofessional and do not know how to work with clients to fix the mistake, no matter who made it or not. I’m frustrated because I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year and this is how they treat people.

The gentleman who did my nails did a great job however the last 3 times I’ve been there my shellac started chipping after a day or 2 and went in to get a nail fixed- they used the wrong color- went another week with 1 out of 10 nails not matching… then went back to give them a second try- nails chipped after 4 days. Peeled right off. Won’t be coming back

I have never had a set of gel nails so when a coworker suggested we go, I said YES!!! Neither of us have been to Foxy Nails. I called at about 130pm and was able to make an appointment for us both for 2:45pm the same day. The place seemed really clean. There were a bunch of customers. That made me feel positive. My friend and I had our nails done by John. He was really fantastic. I just got the nails done an hour ago so I don't know how they will last, but so far they look AMAZING!!!!! The only issue I see is there is a small polish bump on my right hand. I am hoping it doesn't cause a chip. I will include a before and after photo.
This is going to sound silly, but I had such a good experience here that after reading the one star reviews, it makes me wonder if those women themselves were the ones with the attitude problems and not the owner. He was very busy while he did our nails but the place was packed.

Woman working there was really patient with me even tho I moved around quite a lot, I tried my best to hold still and the 60$ was definitely worth it, my nails turned out rlly cute! :)
