Filing 4 weeks $8000 (at least double if the worker is good) split 60/40, if more, the remaining part splits 70/30, work less earn less, work more earn more. No fancy stuff; there are people to take care of and help each other improve skills. Later on, workers can manage their own clients and may rent booths without sharing.

- Spacious but set up conveniently for workers to be calm yet efficient with tools right behind and in front of them without having to go far. The shop has many colors and powders but new workers can easily pick what they need without wasting time.
- Workers control their appointments and schedules if not doing walk-ins; check payments and tips directly on the phone without needing to write down in books—no missing cents.
- Willing to listen, respect workers' opinions, ensuring a comfortable and convenient working space.
- The shop does not have washing machines so no need to wash towels or refill spa supplies; ample parking available with 2 restrooms.
