The shop is ownerless and looking for companions who can do anything as long as the painting is neat, no design drawing as there are people to help. Ready to offer salary based on skill level. In the future or currently, if a technician can self-manage, they can rent a booth without sharing profits.
.Only doing Gel, not regular polish for both hands and feet. The shop does not have a policy of doing foot massages that take too much time.
.The shop paints in white color so it’s all white aesthetics. Prices are very high; it's a Vietnamese shop but trying to match American shop prices. Filing out money easily, gently, quickly.
.Cleanliness is prioritized; air exchange machines run continuously so the shop has no odor.
.Spacious but set up conveniently for technicians to work calmly while serving customers; all supplies like nail polish, powder,… are right behind and in front of them, no need to go far. The shop has many colors and powders but new technicians can easily pick what they need without wasting time.
.Technicians control their appointments and schedules if not doing walk-ins; check payments and tips directly on the phone without needing to record in books, ensuring not missing a cent.
.Must be able to listen, respect technicians' opinions, ensuring a comfortable and convenient working space.
.The shop does not have a washing machine so there’s no need to wash towels or refill spa supplies; ample parking available with 2 restrooms.
