Salary for technicians ranges from $1100-$1500/week (guaranteed to make above the base pay), depending on skill level. In summer, technicians' income ranges from $1400-$2000, in winter from $1000-$1200. The salon is located in White County, in a predominantly white area with many upscale clients. The salon has 90% white clientele and high tips. There are stable clients year-round.
There is clean accommodation available for out-of-state technicians.
