Lease left at the salon is about 2 years, cheap rent $2650, pleasant and polite customers, about 70% Black Americans, 30% white Americans. The store is not competitive, there are only 3 stores in the city. Customers are stable all year round, average income is $250k/year, if there are workers, there are customers.
