3. ~Tiệm đang cần 4 thợ nails chánh biết làm acrylic, color powder, ombré, dip, solar, gel x, design, móng dài, and wax. Tiệm bao lương $250-$300/ngày quanh năm hơn ăn chia. Đảm bảo không tuần nào ít hơn $1500 chưa tính tiền tips. Có nhân chứng
4. ~Lương $7,000-$10,000 & up mỗi tháng cho những thợ khác tùy theo tốc độ và kinh nghiệm (chưa tính tiền tips).
-Tiệm có 5 receptionists.
-Chủ không làm nails. Chủ đầu tư vài cửa hàng và bất động sản.
-Có nhà hàng VN & Boba tea bên cạnh tiệm nails cùng một chủ.
-Có 2 nhà riêng, rộng lớn, đẹp, sạch sẽ ngay cạnh bờ hồ cho thợ ở xa.
-Giá nails của tiệm cao nhất vùng.
-Trả lương hàng tuần.
-Trong những tiệm có lương ăn chia và lương bao cao nhất nước Mỹ.
-Chủ & thợ hưởng W-2 để tương lai nghỉ hưu, mua nhà, mua xe, mua tiệm dễ dàng hơn.
-Tiệm có Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Vacation cho nhân viên W-2.
-Tiệm ở Louisiana thu nhập hơn $2M mỗi năm nên không làm 1099 & không trả lương 100% tiền mặt. Chỉ làm 1099 nếu thợ có tiêu chuẩn tối thiểu của luật 1099. Xin mọi người thông cảm.

2. ~The shop is looking for 2 main technicians to do nails, lash, facial, body waxing, facial waxing, eyebrows tinting. Guaranteed salary over $130K/year. The shop covers $300-$400/day for main technicians year-round plus commission. Main technicians bring home over $2000-$3000 each week year-round. Guaranteed no week less than $2000 not including tips. There are witnesses.
3. ~The shop is looking for 4 main nail technicians who know how to do acrylic, color powder, ombré, dip, solar, gel x, design, long nails, and wax. The shop covers a salary of $250-$300/day year-round plus commission. Guaranteed no week less than $1500 not including tips. There are witnesses.
4. ~Salary from $7,000-$10,000 & up per month for other technicians depending on speed and experience (not including tips).
-The shop has 5 receptionists.
-The owner does not do nails. The owner invests in several stores and real estate.
-There is a Vietnamese restaurant & Boba tea next to the nail shop owned by the same owner.
-Two large, beautiful, clean private houses right next to the lake for distant workers.
-The nail prices at the shop are the highest in the area.
-Pay is weekly.
-One of the shops with high commission pay and guaranteed salaries in America.
-The owner & workers enjoy W-2 for easier future retirement plans like buying homes or cars or shops.
-The shop has Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Vacation for W-2 employees.
-The shop in Louisiana earns over $2M each year so we do not do 1099 & do not pay 100% cash salary. Only do 1099 if workers meet minimum standards of 1099 law. We ask everyone for understanding.
