The shop has 7 tables, 6 chairs. Next to a gas station, school, Home Depot, Walmart.. rent $1300, just signed another 5 years lease without an increase in rent. Landlord is very easy-going, no credit or background check required. Customers are all friendly and obedient, following the owner's instructions. Only 2 shops in the area within a 30-mile radius, no third shop nearby. Great for a family business. Equipped with camera system.
Even when you go on vacation, customers will still wait, no fear of losing them. The shop's income for the last 3 months was $39k-$42k/month, excluding cash transactions.
